Key Responsibilities

• Actively define and analyse the agency’s business requirements.
• Engage relevant stakeholders and end-users to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
• Assist in the development of the business case and tender specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions that best address the needs.
• Develop acceptance criteria with agency users to ensure reasonableness for the acceptance of work done.

• Work with development team on the development of the application to understand and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Work with quality assurance team to provide inputs for the test plan.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, specifically within application and product management.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in product performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and familiarity with product management software.
• A relevant certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) will be an added advantage.
• Prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.
