• Welding Joint Inspection: Inspect welded joints for conformity with welding symbols, dimensions, and tolerances as per engineering drawings and ASME Section IX requirements, ensuring correct joint preparation and quality.
• NDT Supervision: Supervise non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and dye penetrant testing (PT) to assess the integrity of welds according to ASME acceptance criteria table.
• Piping Fabrication & Installation Inspection: Inspect piping fabrication for correct fit-up, alignment, and installation as per project drawings and standards, checking pipe supports, alignment, and joint integrity.
• Pressure Testing: Witness and approve hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure tests on piping systems, ensuring that the pressure holds for the designated duration as per the ASME code and client requirements.
