Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Product Principals to manage, deliver, and operate the network management platform in the Cloud, enhancing network services and user experience.
• Oversee and operate the network management platform to standardize network services across all Public Service agencies, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Work with our Central ICT Infra capability centers to manage and operate the on-premises components of the network management platform.

Requirements:

• Proactive and dedicated individual with excellent network troubleshooting skills.
