Job Description

The incumbent will be supporting the programme management function in the new MSc in Strategic Analysis and Innovation (MSI) programme. This programme is helmed by NUS Business School (MSc Programmes Office).

The roles and responsibilities are as follows:

Overall Programme Management

• Ensure that the programme runs smoothly and effectively, keeping the needs of students in mind while maintaining the integrity of the programme and at the same time, aligning with the SOPs set for the rest of the MSc programmes
• Deliver service excellence in assisting students in the programme including all course-related matters, all aspects of experiential learning component, ad-hoc academic counselling and student wellness matters
• Keep data on student demand and feedback on courses to advise the Academic Directors (ADs) and MSc office for constant monitoring and review of programme offerings

Class Timetable Scheduling and Course Registration

• Coordinate, de-conflict and manage all course outlines and timetable matters related to the programme, so as to ensure standardisation and that the timelines are properly adhered to
• Communicate to the students on all matters related to their coursework in a timely manner, including preparation of user guides and conducting briefings to the students and course registration matters

Student Record Management

Student Feedback

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the lithium battery and energy storage industry.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable business agreements.
• Manage contracts between suppliers and maintain working relationship.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in a Sales or Business Development role, preferably in B2B sales within the lithium battery and energy storage industry
• Proven track record of sales success, especially in B2B sales.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible process tender/RFQ include understand the requirements, prepare RFQ details, internal co-ordination, and adjustment ensure all details completed according to customers’ requirement and management’s direction within timeline.

· Work closely with Key Account Management Team (KAM) and Management on RFQ briefing, Q&A sessions and rates strategy.

· Conduct Cost & Selling analysis.

· Tariff maintenance and updates.

· Continuous improvement of processes.

· Support other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Position Summary:

The Project Admin will report to the Project Manager or Project Director to support project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Takes care of scheduling, manages communications, secures resources and finds venues for meetings.
• Record minutes during meetings and take additional notes and send them to team members to ensure follow-up.
• Managing all the paperwork that a project requires
• Creating and editing workflows
• Sharing documents with stakeholders and internal teams
• Recording project progress and performance metrics
• Recording budgets and expenditures
• Documenting meetings
• Maintaining and updating a project calendar
• Processing purchase orders and invoices
• Track tasks and ensure their completion and inform team members if they are behind schedule or missing tasks.
• Collate project metric from Team.
• Ensure quality of documentations, test plan and presentation from Team.
• Raise the necessary Service Request or Change Request.
• Manage project repositories and knowledge.
• Facilitate regular updates to management e.g. Project Steering Committee meetings by creating a project dashboard which outlines project status, timeline, milestones, budget versus spent, risk/issue and quality metrics for management update and decision-making

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Business, or Engineering
• More than 6 years’ experience in PMO or project-related accountabilities (Tracking, reporting, minutes taking etc)
• A foundation understanding of infra, network, cloud and system.
• Project Management qualifications is an added advantage
• Experience in managing relationships and stakeholders involved in the establishment and ongoing management of complex, large scale projects
• Working in a matrix organisation, managing senior stakeholders
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results to technical and non-technical audiences
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration skills to work across teams in One Infra as well as external to One Infra
• Be innovative and resourceful with strong interpersonal, organisational and senior management
• Experience or certification in ITIL Service Management is an advantage
• Experience with program/project management tools and methodologies
• Experience in managing a project office with a portfolio of projects
• Good knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes andapproaches (e.g. Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM)
• Able to multitask
