We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to be responsible for operational analysis of the assigned business unit, supporting planning and reporting, as well as any administrative-related matters.

• Serve as the main point of contact for planning (forecasting, budgeting, mid-term), monthly reporting, KPI definition/tracking, and setting up/tracking operational measures and cost analysis;
• Provide comprehensive support to the head of department and team on all administrative-related matters;
• Oversee the financial and non-financial business controlling for the business unit;
• Contribute to creating consolidated budgets and forecasts;
• Prepare and present a comprehensive view of actual financial data, offering business insights and explaining variances to internal stakeholders;
• Assist in implementing best practices in business controlling to enhance cost efficiency and quality;
• Provide high-level administrative assistance and support to the head of department.

Employment Details

• Tertiary education in finance, business management or a relevant discipline;
• Experience in finance management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry;
• Strong understanding of financial and business management principles;
• Ability to report to senior management and manage their expectations;
• Ability to prioritise and manage business requirements;
• Strong planning & organisational skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

a. Able to do project planning schedule with Microsoft Project to meet the milestone specified by client.

c. Able to spar with Structural Consultant on the ERSS and structural design.

d. Able to come out a manpower schedule for a project with optimum requirements.

e. Able to prepare write up on Construction Sequence and other requirements as stated in Tender Submission.

f. Able to prepare and present Construction Slides in tender submission.

g. Well verse in Precast and Steel Construction.

h. Detail strategic planning in Zoning, Sequence of excavation, site facilities layout and manpower requirements.

i. Able to come out value engineering in Architectural and Structural system.

j. Resourceful on material and sub-contractor sourcing.

k. Prepare preliminary costing for tender submission.

l. Knowledge in M&E works will be an added advantage.

m. Foresee and anticipate on construction risk for each new tender submission and come out mitigation methods.

n. Good command of English in writing and communication.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-years’ experience on site construction as a Planning Engineer / Structural Engineer in Building works or Good Class Bungalow projects. Familiar with different types of ERSS systems in deep basement excavation works. Good knowledge in Ms Project.
