• Develop key performance objectives to track, review and measure the success of the hotel’s marketing, communications and public relations programmes
• Review regular activity reports and ensure that targets and objectives are tracked and met
• Engage media for publicity and awareness for hotel and the Food and Beverage programming
• To provide counsel to the General Manager on marketing, communications, and public relations, and work in conjunction, where applicable, with the Singapore Cluster Marketing Team and Corporate HQ Brand and Marketing Department
• Host media, coordinate media itinerary, prepare media response, conduct sustainable hotel tours, maintain media relations, maintain media database and develop newsworthy stories
• Manage the hotel and F&B social media calendar, social media pages, develop daily and/or weekly content, and identify promotional offers that require boosting of ads. This includes working with key stakeholders from the Singapore and HQ Corporate Marketing Teams
• Website content creation and updates
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (ie; SEO, SEM, Email, Mobile, Display)
• Oversee filming and photoshoot activities throughout the property

Bartender

• Ensure that alcoholic drinks are served in accordance with the state and local laws, ordinance, rules and regulations.
• Know how to use bar equipment efficiently and safely.
• Help control wastage and costs by ensuring that daily bar inventory is kept.
• Maintain bar sanitation.
• Prepare drinks promptly.
• Accommodate taste preferences of individual guests.
• Keep control of the cash (if any), alcohol storerooms and other limited access areas.
• Demonstrate suggestive selling and up-selling.
• Keep proper inventory and requisition of bar stock.
• Make entries in the Bar Logbook.
• Always maintain professional confidentiality.
• Make sure that all products served are accounted for on the final bill before presenting it.
• Clear tables throughout the guest’s experience in accordance with the hotel’s standard operating procedure.
• Adjust services to suit guests’ requests and personalizes any interaction with them.
• Support review simulation processes and update evaluation criteria for a smooth operation.

Job Requirement

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Passionate in bar tendering.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and supervise daily operations including reception, mailroom operation and office management
• Monitor costs and expenses for the office management functions including office supplies and equipment and prepare budget for office management section
• Handling office renovations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on matters relating to office management
• Coordinate with landlord and Building Managing Agent (MA) on matters relating to office management
• Spearhead digitization of documents and record management
• Oversee office renovation
• Contributing member in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Committee - Develop, implement and maintain WSH plans to ensure continuous improvement in WSH performance and compliance
• Follow up on all outstanding safety-related issues to ensure timely resolution
• Fire warden - To check with landlord/MA when the fire alarm is triggered
• Prepare attendance list for fire drill exercise
• Evacuate the staff during fire drill exercise
• Review and update the evacuation plan as required
• Support human resource operations in the future as part of career advancement
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in office management, facilities management, project management

• Ability to handle and communicate with different stakeholders

• Proficiency in Excel, Words and Powerpoint

• Able to think and work independently and as a team member in a challenging environment
