• Ability to work with different teams, gather and analyze requirement and recommend areas of improvement independently.
• Working knowledge in the following areas such as Accounting and Billing, Use of Governement electronic portals, MS suite.

Required Experience:

1. At least 4 years of relevant and recent work experience that demonstrates the competencies in providing support for billing, report and financial related operations.
2. Knowledge or experience in the role of an administrator for virtual assistant application is an advantage.

The successful candidate(s) will undergo a comprehensive training program that will equip him/her with the necessary skills and knowledge to become an effective manager with the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a training program that covers all areas of our business operations.
• Work closely with the General Manager and mentors to learn about the company's goals, values, and management philosophy.
• Observe and learn from experienced team members to understand the best practices and procedures of our company.
• Develop skills in communication, team management, decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership.
• Participate in special projects and assignments that provide exposure to different aspects of our business operations.
• Provide support to different teams within the company as needed.

• Self starter, passionate in learning and a desire to pursue a career in the Logistics industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree

• Minimum 1-2 year work experience; Fresh Graduates are welcomed
