Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third party Risk management. Responsibility

• Analyse, plan and implement operational process enhancements, to improve the team’s existing workflows wherever required.

• Gather, understand business requirements and translate them into functional outcomes and deliverables.

• Work closely with key stakeholders to improve existing processes.

• Assist product managers to deliver activities related to approved training plans.

• Manage plan and logistics required to deliver project activities and deliverables as part of process streamlining.

• Collate feedback from user surveys/FAQ and maintain in central database. After which to recommend and implement action plans to adjust processes to suit user needs.

• Act as one of the key point of contact for training & logistics matters with relevant stakeholders.

Experience & Skillset

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.

• Experience with business process and requirements management, project management.

• Detail oriented with excellent task scheduling skills– thorough, organised and productive while working remotely.

• A good communicator, strong in written and communication skills, with some understanding of training processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine software requirements for printer utility tool.
• Create & manage product specifications and design documents.
• Guide and assist the development team throughout the process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design or coding.
• Present regular progress reports to stakeholders and setting acheiveable goals for the team.
• Work closely with Quality Control (QC) Engineers to test the final product to ensure the functionality and adherence as per the development schedules and deadlines.
• Update software solutions as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidates with 3-5 years in software development and project management are preferred.
• Good proficiency in C# , .NET, .NET MAUI, Javascript and front-end frameworks (React) will be highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns.
• To have a long term vision (Able to see big picture) while focusing on operational requirements.
