General Overview

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in strategic or corporate planning and/or in ESG analysis, sustainability consulting, or a similar role within a corporate or consulting environment.
• Relevant ESG certifications preferred
• Engaging personality with good interpersonal and communication skills, has a curious mind that is able to learn independently and work well in team settings.
• Good stakeholder management and engagement skills who is comfortable interacting with leadership and management teams.
• Good conceptual and analytical skills with an aptitude towards problem-solving and able to organise information in a logical and systematic manner. Meticulous and detailed in processes and procedures.
• Strong writing and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office applications. Experience in data analysis and use of Power BI or other data visualization tools will be advantageous.

We are looking to speak to Business Analysts with experience in Front Office Post Trade Environment!

Main Responsibilities:

1. Build & Change Management:Analyze business enhancements and propose solutions in collaboration with Architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
   Write specifications, provide workload estimates, manage planning, and design test scenarios and release documentation.
   Coordinate user acceptance tests (UAT).
   Manage monthly releases, ensuring milestones for analysis, coding, and testing are met.
   Support the release roadmap for production deployment.
2. Incidents and Requests Management:Troubleshoot and resolve issues/bugs reported by business users or other IT teams
3. Continuous Improvement:Focus on improving operational processes to enhance efficiency.
   

Qualifications & Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Front Office Post Trade Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Front Office systems (either in-house or third-party).
• Knowledge of financial assets, particularly banking treasury products, Fixed Income, and Money Market products.
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle, as well as risk management concepts and market data.
• Experience interfacing Front Office (FO) or Back Office (BO) systems with external systems.
• Proven experience in implementation projects.
• AGILE methodology experience.

• Project Management: Ability to manage releases and coordinate various stakeholders effectively.

3) To conduct requirement gathering workshop, Review and documenting requirements artefacts
4) To review functional specifications and process define documents

Skillsets (Good to have)

At least 3 years experiences in systems development and / or business process improvement initiatives. Preferably with project life cycle experience in Financial Services Industry in the following areas:
