Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
2. Managing and planning the construction project.
3. Controlling the cost of the materials and labor.
4. Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
5. Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies and federal entities etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.
6. Monthly project status reports and change orders.
7. To manage the daily operation of the project execution.
8. Advising the workers on the construction process and addressing their concerns.
9. Obtaining the construction materials and verifying them.
10. Scheduling the construction work of the day.
11. Ensuring that the project starts on time and ends within the estimated duration

Job Specifications/Requirements:

1. Have prior 3 year working experience in construction industry (exp with Interior Work (Singapore) will be an advantage. )
2. Must possess good communication skills.
3. Relevant site experience.
4. Knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word).
5. Have excellent problem solving skills
6. Good team player and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
8. Able to work under pressure with high initiative.

Job Descriptions:

DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Able to manage and liaise with Sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues

· Ensure good quality of works and manage defects rectifications.

· Ensure work done compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.

· Monitor project progress as per targeted schedules. Track key milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.

· Attend daily tool box meeting

· Enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing potential hazards promptly

· Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, materials used, and personnel on-site, to facilitate reporting and project evaluation

· Prepare and submit reports, project plans, material submittals for approval.

· Prepare and submit all close up documents upon Project completion.

· Able to write reports and submission of risk assessments, safe work procedures & method statements.

· Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

EDUCATION:

· Possess Nitec in technical field is preferable.

· Experience in construction project coordination is an added advantage.

· Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.

EXPERIENCE:

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

· Ability to use MS Office and AutoCADD

Explore and learning delivery/production planning knowledge in manufacturing environment

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales, logistic and production division to meet customer delivery request.
• Ensure optimum inventory control by conversion & substitution to prevent obsolete inventory.
• Collaboration with customer on order cancellation & sales return processing and treatment.
• Identify problems and opportunities for business process improvement solution at ground level tasks.

· Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest engaging Company's service

Preferred Qualifications

· Prior experience working in sales preferred but not necessary

The primary responsibilities include: -

Develop channel and customer acquisition strategy and lead the implementation plans through joint customer calls with the Distributors’ sales team for corporate introduction, new product launches, key promotions, and product evaluation.

-Implement strategies for all business development, sales and distribution activities within Growthwell Group

-Manage assigned Key Accounts and implement Joint Business Plan together with Distributors’ Key Account Team to achieve set targets

-Monitor sales and business development progress on a weekly/monthly basis with proposed action plans for target achievement mitigation whenever necessary

-Assist the Commercial Head in the management of Daily/Weekly/Monthly operational reviews (internally and with Distributors) and good KPI management

-Handle Distributor's and customers' feedback

Requirements

-Strong track record & minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management (retail and food service), and Distributor Management role (FMCG preferred)

-Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales, distribution, new wins, and pipeline targets

-Familiar with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing

- Strong Influential & Collaboration skills to operate effectively across cultural & functional boundaries within the company and with external stakeholders

-Strong aptitude and positive attitude with proactive initiatives, speed, and agility to drive business growth aggressively in response to opportunities and change
