Job Description

• Provide business support and training for application systems
• Work with business stakeholders and regional counterparts on business processes, performance monitoring, reporting, improvement analysis, solutioning and governance
• Act as intermediary between business users & technical team to gather requirements, perform analysis, provide documentation, conduct user acceptance test & user training
• Implement system enhancements, new regulations and/or processes
• Lead in investigating problem and issues reported by users
• Identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful analysis
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process changes, oversee the implementation of revised processes and monitor the efficacy of updated processes
• Maintain/publish new Global SOP (standard operating procedure) for related business processes
• Collate, analyze current process workflows
• Support digitization projects and any duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Shipping or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 2-7 years of relevant experience preferably with container shipping experience/Trade Management and/or Business Process Management
• Knowledge in Business Process Management and Agile practices preferred
• Tech savvy with an open mind to learn and apply new technologies and new methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation and good interpersonal skills to interact with multicultural teams
• Highly organised and a good team player with the ability to multitask
• Ability to deliver quality documentation by expressing viewpoints using clear and concise language.
• Ability to analyse data and desire for continuous process improvement.
• Highly adaptable and open to job rotation for career progression.
