Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of mechanical and electrical (M&E) services and projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations.
- Prepare project documentation, including proposals, as-built drawings, schedules, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage project changes, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients with provided timely updates.
- Support the procurement process by sourcing and selecting suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for M&E projects.
Requirements:
- Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or it's equivalent
- At least one year related working experience
- Experienced in M&E drawing is an added advantage
- Able to working in a team
