Support for Outlets & Franchising
Assist in coordinating franchise development activities, including prospect research, franchise agreement preparation, and franchisee communication.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify potential franchise markets and analyze market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Record Keeping & Documentation
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to franchise agreements, legal documents, and franchisee correspondence.
Stakeholder & Internal Facilitation
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration within the franchise network.
Administration
Provide administrative support to the Franchise Department team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Project Management
Assist in special projects and initiatives related to franchise expansion, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business (Administration, Marketing, or a related field).
Students undergoing Business Programs are also welcome to apply for internship.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
