Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage BU sales orders, forecasts, and shipments to meet sales objectives for assigned markets.
2. Process sales orders (SO) in SAP promptly and accurately.
3. Coordinate UM supply with internal stakeholders (Production/QA/Logistics) to ensure timely UM readiness.
4. Handle UM shelf-life extensions and related regulatory matters for assigned markets.
5. Address customer inquiries and feedback, providing appropriate resolutions.
6. Measure and manage forecast accuracy, including reporting for designated markets.
7. Process purchase orders (PO) for 1UM sales order from BU.
8. Assist HOD in improvement projects and initiatives.
9. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
