Role : Technical Delivery Manager - Enterprise Data Management (EDM)

Require Technical Skills :

• More than 10 years working experience, with at least 7+ years of project management /development/business analysis and projects/changes implementation experience in the banking / financial / insurance industry, direct exposure into Data Management is a must.
• At least 5+ years (current) working experience as a TDM (Technical Delivery Manager).
• Proven track records in delivering and implementing Data Management product and technical solutions at enterprise level.
• Must have working experience in Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
• Proven experience as Technical Delivery Management in Data
• Experience in Data Project Management is a must with Planning and Release Management for at least 3+ years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• You have minimum of 5+ years of experience with software implementation in the areas of Markit EDM, Enterprise Data Management (EDM) or DataWarehouse (DW-ETL) or Business Intelligence (BI).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Working experience in banking / financial / insurance industry is a must for at least 5+ years (recent)

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement data transformation, aggregation, and enrichment processes to support various data analytics and machine learning initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data engineering solutions
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data processing lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation to the continuous improvement of the analytics capabilities within the bank.
