Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Collaborating on project contracting strategies and establishing contract schedules and overall plans.
• Developing detailed contract plans for various disciplines involved in pharmaceutical plant construction.
• Conducting comprehensive surveys to assess contract capabilities for the project's requirements.
• Compiling a bidders list and securing necessary approvals.
• Maintaining organized contract files in line with project protocols.
• Crafting bid packages based on engineering data and project needs.
• Facilitating bid explanation meetings to ensure bidders understand scope of work.
• Fairly evaluating bid documents, including technical assessments.
• Generating regular contract status reports.
• Coordinating final work acceptance and safeguarding pricing information.
• Providing recommendations and coordinating contract awards.
• Drafting and executing contract documents in support of the legal team.
• Conducting site meetings to monitor progress and ensure contract compliance.
• Managing contracts, documenting changes promptly, and processing invoices.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage assigned projects and ensure the completion of all processes and tasks as a Project Manager
• Establish project schedule and organization including bank/vendor members and complete relevant procedures required to initiate the project (e.g. documentation explanation, approval)
• Lead and motivate all staffs in the project team members (bank/vendor) to manage weekly/monthly project progress as scheduled
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to proceed own work & project and ensure the quality of the outcome

You will oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, facilities in our Serviced Residence. You will have close collaborations with colleagues from the different departments including Guest Service and Housekeeping to provide a smooth and pleasant stay for all our residents. Responsibilities

• Maintain good physical conditions of the building and ensure that its heating, lighting and ventilation are of good working condition

• Attained at least a NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Aircon Maintenance, or an equivalent vocational qualification
• Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance related technical skills
• Willingness to perform shifts

• Generates quotations and tender submissions to customers
• Involves in system designs and drawings for customers
• Involves in project management
• Cost budgeting and management
• Generates bill of materials for all sales orders
• Update sales progress during weekly sales meetings
• Any other assignments that may be assigned

Requirements:

• B2C sales experience; Autocad drawing; Experience in lighting system design + able to provide design ideas using company's product: lights for spaces: Studio, etc
• Poly / ITE Diploma or equivalent in Engineering field
• Preferably 2 years relevant working experience
• Technical background and Autocad knowledge
• Computer literacy
