Version 20 Pte Ltd is a BCA registered contractor with proven track record of completing projects for our clients from various sectors such as life sciences, hospitality, critical environment and commercial Fit-outs.
As a part of our growing business, we are looking to hire an M&E Project Manager for our upcoming projects.
Salary package will be based on the candidate's experience and fulfillment of the below requirements.
Freshers with a degree or diploma are also welcome to apply for an M&E Engineer role.
*Requirements:
1. Degree or diploma in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
2. Experience in fit-out project's site works planning, scheduling, coordination, and reporting.
3. While reporting to the Project Director, PM should be able to handle technical meetings and coordination meetings independently.
4. Shall possess a good understanding of M&E Fit-out & renovation project's workflow, safety, and quality standards.
5. Should be able to submit M&E-related budgets, proposals, and quotations as and when required.
6. Study tender drawings, to work with the drafter to come up with shop drawings and handover dossier submissions.
7. Review project technical requirements and follow-up on the project-specific inspection and test plans.
8. Shall possess good written and verbal communication skills, should be able to follow up on the project submittals and closeout documentation.
9. Should be able to coordinate and resolve any site related technical issues.
10.Good knowledge of using MS Office and MS Project
11. Experience in M&E tenders pricing submission, cost comparisons, review discussions, and negotiations is an added advantage.
