Project

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s business growth and brand presence in Singapore and the broader global market. Responsibilities:

1. Business Development and SalesDevelop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Singapore and internationally. Actively promote the company’s product offerings to new and existing clients globally.
   
2. Market ResearchConduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
   Provide strategic recommendations based on research to support market expansion.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Gather, collate, and analyse requirements from business users and provide clear functional specifications for enhancements to ALM Risk Systems.
• Perform impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing processes.
• Design solutions that are sound, adequate, and forward-looking to address ALM business requirements.

• Understanding and experience in ALM Risk, including Liquidity Risk and Interest Rate Risk, specifically LCR, NSFR, MCO, IRRBB is preferred.
• Prior experience in implementing or managing an ALM Risk System would be an advantage.
• Prior business analysis experience of interfacing between IT Teams and end Users and translating / documenting business requirements into documents that can be used by IT Teams for development of systems solutions.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI usage would be useful.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel

Role

This position is expected to base in Singapore with focus in both presales and post-sales activities . He/she is expected to support senior to develop data privacy proposal or response to Request For Proposal (RFP) and support seniors in the implementation of the Data Privacy Framework or/and Data Privacy Management Software for the regional customers. Duties

The expected duties of this role are as follow:

Qualification

3. Meticulous in reading and crafting documents
