Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Account Managers and Systems Engineers
• Sales of maintenance for IT infrastructure system and equipment, improving clients’ satisfaction, providing outstanding service support
• Develop and grow business by prospecting existing and new clients
• Identify, evaluate, quote, negotiate maintenance opportunities
• Maintain strong connections with colleagues within the organisation to share and to understand current and future maintenance requirements
• Follow-up on support performance and spare parts
• Manage feedback and clients’ queries
• Identifies, describes benefits and advantages to clients
• Participates in client meetings
• Maintain, prepare for ISO 9001 system and audit

Requirements:

• With relevant certificates / Diploma / Degree in Commercial or Technical Field
• Experience in sales / sales management / client serving
• Maintenance offering knowledge
• Hardware knowledge of IT infrastructure system and equipment will be an advantage
• High level of integrity, discipline and ownership of role in ensuring support is maintained at all times
• Good command of presentation with good interpersonal skills

This is a part-time business development role.

The assignment is seeking a high calibre candidate to join us.

The successful candidate is expected to be independent and willing to travel within Singapore to meet with potential clients.

The incumbent is expected to have a degree in any discipline and at least 10 years of corporate experience, preferably in sales and marketing.

Duties include:

1. Seekout and meet with potential clients.
2. Respond to / Identify their needs.
3. Close the deal.
4. Brief the delivery team.

Compensation will comprise a fixed base plus commission.

Flexible working hours of 20 hours per week.

Product training will be provided.
