Job Description:

• Handle all customer service-related matters at the counter
• Provide excellent customer service, attend to tenant and shopper enquiries and feedbacks
• Promote loyalty program and related activities
• Assist in voucher sales, mall redemptions, reward program and any other marketing activations as required
• Support Marcom in promotional activities, events and loyalty program as required
• Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Min GCE N Level qualification
• Min 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role/ hospitality industry
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel will be an added advantage
• Fluent in English
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
• Able to work rotating shift, weekends & Public Holidays

6 working days (5 working days followed by 1 rest day)

2 rotating shifts (10am to 6pm / 2pm to 10pm)

1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements

2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects

3) Rostering of monthly schedules

4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any

5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback

6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders

7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects

8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage

9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative

10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence

11) Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need

• Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
• Polite, friendly and well grown
• Verifying the identification and age of any customers who order alcoholic beverages
• Submit food orders to the kitchen staffs
• Ensure customers satisfied with their meal
• Work with kitchen staffs to resolve any complaints and process customer payments

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally, offering personalized beauty consultations.
• Stay informed on beauty trends, new products, and promotions to provide accurate guidance.
• Drive sales through effective product promotion, demos, and upselling.
• Conduct in-store demonstrations and tutorials to showcase product use and benefits.
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory, and maintain attractive product displays.
• Address customer inquiries promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Track sales, customer interactions, and feedback to identify trends and improve service.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or as a beautician.
