Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, oversee, collaborate with internal teams (such as AV Designer, Drafter, Engineer, Site Engineer, and Safety Officer) and external stakeholders (including Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers).
• Review schematic designs and construction drawings to create AV construction plans.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, order changes, and the Bill of Materials.
• Manage client expectations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Plan, organize, and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role, overseeing the implementation of Audio Visual solutions for construction or A&A projects.
• Proficient in interpreting construction and AV schematic drawings.
• Capable of producing AV construction drawings.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include managing projects with the given methodology (waterfall or agile), managing schedules (milestone or sprints), maintaining risk/issue logs and completing regular internal/external status reports.

Job description:

• Coordinate actions and discussions around project changes within the project team and associated sales team as needed.
• Understand the customer’s success criteria and status reporting.

Main support for field service engineers and business administrators both in SAP CRM and ECC, along with web-based applications. Attend field service business operations and strategic planning meetings to gain insight to issues and future needs.
