Job Description

1. Facilitate end-to-end operations of app tenant onboarding, e-voucher programme, Marketplace and other marketing activities, including digital and online platforms.
2. Support the development and maintenance of CityNexus app to work closely with lead department and vendor to ensure the smooth functioning of the programme.
3. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and efficient resolution of their issues.
4. Assist in simple system testing (UAT) of the app and respective portals to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues and performance bottlenecks and facilitate deployment.
5. Handle administrative tasks including compiling and submitting monthly reports promptly, e-voucher reconciliation etc.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for revenue generation from new customers, within one or several business units. He/ She will be expected to source and close leads working with Exhibitor Marketing, to develop strategies to attract new customers, enter new markets and review new business revenue. The role will be expected to sell to a variety of customers, independent small and medium enterprise customers (most our customer base) up to large key account acquisitions.
