• Experienced lawyer with 6 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, and minimum of 3 years of litigation/investigations experience in private or public legal service.
• Knowledge of media laws, and experience in multi-agency cross-border investigations.
• Media or public sector experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be qualified to practice law in at least one jurisdiction, and those with multiple qualifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve user segmentation, communication delivery (emails, pushnotifications, etc) and performance evaluation
• Participate in CRM planning and executing CRM & Campaign programs
• Conduct comprehensive experiment throughout the customer lifecycle to identifysuccessful strategies for funnel conversion and customer engagement

• Create hypotheses, run A/B tests or other experimentations and apply basic statistics to improve campaign performance

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years e-Commerce experience, preferably in Fashion & Beauty industry.
• Proficient in delivering online campaigns and managing automation with rigorous A/B testing
• Able to work independently, has initiative, and at the same time, a team player who can work well with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to execute with high-accuracy, multi task, deal with uncertainty, willing to learn and are highly organized in paper work.
• Good understanding of user journeys, digital usability and user experience. Familiar with the key promotional calendar and the market behaviour.
