The EM Corporate credit research team is responsible for researching, recommending and making investment decisions in a variety of accounts and contributes its ideas to both emerging market and global fixed income portfolios. The investment approach relies on a foundation of fundamental research conducted by a team of analysts.

The credit analyst will work closely with portfolio managers and senior analysts to develop and support investment recommendations across a range of portfolios with a focus on companies in Asia in both financial and non-financial sectors. A successful candidate must demonstrate commitment to a team-oriented culture and a strong enthusiasm for investment research. Financial modelling, communication and research skills, as well as and outstanding critical thinking mindset are also essential for the role. Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to assist HOD and CFD team members to actively develop and maintain

CFD's Korea clientele onshore and offshore Korea.

Assist CFD team to also develop and grow general business development workflows in order to bring in more business to the unit.

To be knowledgeable of all aspects of the business from client onboarding, dealing,

settlement and client services.

Some travelling will be required as part of the business development role.

Written and spoken fluency in English and Korean are a pre-requisite for the role to liase with external clients.

SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Provide inputs of strategizing sales and marketing activities to increase sales
• Ensure the IFA marketing spend is within budgets
• Collaborate with training team to conduct regular product and refresher training for the partner
• Undertake event management activities and promotions to engage Management, Sales Directors and advisors.
• Working closely with Internal stakeholders: Product, Compliance, Life Operations Dept. to ensure manual cases submissions and inceptions are within SLA timeline
• Keep abreast of market updates, trends and competitor offerings for the IFA space
• Ensure all incentives campaigns are fulfilled
• Ensure advisors enquiries are promptly answered by BDMs for a good partnership experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or diploma in any discipline
• CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A, HI) preferred.
