APA Transported by Maersk has a high growth ambitions for the upcoming years. The head of Product development will translate the growth into strategic roadmap of new product launches, new markets and new verticals penetration.

To constantly improving our ability to meet the customer’s needs, the Head of product development, will drive the product improvement cycle and the OP process for APA TbM.

Collaborate with the TbM product community in the Areas, Region, Center and other stakeholders, such as Sales excellence, Marketing, etc. to drive the existed roadmap and develop new potential products.

Enable the areas with up-to-date product information, training and collaterals, allowing them to promote and launch the products effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and owns the product development roadmap (multi- year) and its implementation plan.
• Collaborates with key other functions, the achieve the success of product launch and ensure availability of the required toolbox.
• Drives the alignment with key stakeholders across the strategic roadmaps and priorities of Product development.
• Build the APA TbM product development community and drive product improvement and development with various stakeholders.
• Drives the adjustments/ improvements of existed products features based on sales data.
• Develops a pro-active customers feedback/ insight for current features improvement and needed future features.
• Builds the links to other Regions and Centre product leaders to share knowledge and opportunities and develop cross regional offerings and products.

We are looking for

• At least 10 years of experience as a product manager or marketing manager in Logistics or shipping.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage a team of non-direct reports to build a regional team
• Experience in managing a P&L for a product or function is a plus.
• Strategic research skills to source external trends and benchmarks.
• Ability to identify and influence stakeholders and manage messaging to different audiences across the business.
• Self-starting skills to identify long list of initiatives and scope directional values.

Job Description

· Overall management of the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality, and safety

· Schedule & Program

· Estimation, establishing the budget and ongoing project cost monitoring

· Analyse, manage, and track project costs against budget

· Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on monthly basis

· Ensure proper management and control of project documentation as well as contractual matter (i.e. all the email correspondence)

· To check and ensure all the works are executed according to tender specifications and shop drawing

· To check all the schedules and ensure all the executions can be delivered on time

· To attend all the necessary meetings with Maincon/Consultant

· Maintain a good relationship with the clients

· To ensure all the progress claims are submitted accordingly

· Conduct bi-weekly internal meeting

· To attend customer & consultant queries with solutions

· Ensure all the payment cert are received all the times

· To liaise with Tender & Design Department on variation works/contractual matters

· Mitigate site issues and propose a contingency plan

· Mentor and train Project Engineers

· Any adhoc duty assigned by superior

Requirements

· Degree in relevant engineering and minimum 10 years of ACMV/M&E working experience

· Strong knowledge in project management methodologies, techniques and skill

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Good interpersonal skills, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge in ACMV/M&E design will be an advantage

· Fluent in ACMV knowledge and installation – CHWP, VRV, VRF system

· Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

· Confidence and Assertiveness

Job brief:

We are looking for an accountable Project Engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve.

You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Objectives of this Role:

· Maximize project efficiency and profitability

· Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion

· Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation

· Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel

· Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle

Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP), procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy

· Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required

· Create and administer appropriate testing protocols to monitor project performance

· Inform all supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met

· Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager to keep him/her constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules

· Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications

· Coordination work internally and externally

· Organizing, attending and participating internal and external meetings.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

· 3+ years project management, project engineering, or project planning experience (scope, schedule, cost, quality)

· Strong field management experience

· Experience supporting Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) processes

· Strong working knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD and CAD/CAM Circuit Design

· Proven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices

· Previous experience with database design and development
