· Responsible for identifying and pursing new business opportunities for a construction company.

· Researching new markets and opportunities, and analyzing business opportunities from new customers

· Research and identify potential investors, investment firms, and financial institutions interested in funding construction projects

· Build and maintain strong relationships with investors to ensure ongoing communication and engagement regarding project opportunities and progress.

· Stay informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and competitor activities within the construction sector to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

· Attending networking events and industry conferences, investment forums, and networking events to build relationships and promote Company’s brand and investment opportunities.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in business development, investor relations, or a related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Willing to travel frequently internationally

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
