About the role:

1. Odoo System Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain the Odoo ERP system.
• Customize and develop modules to meet the specific needs of the Procure-to-Pay process.
• Manage system upgrades & improvement, patches, and security updates.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure Procurement data integrates to additional tools (spend analytics, savings tracking, suppler risk management) and accuracy across systems is maintained.
• Manage coding and category taxonomy/structure.

2. P2P Process Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and improve the Procure-to-Pay process.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain P2P workflows within the Odoo system.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

3. User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo and the P2P system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.

4. Reporting and Analytics:

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for P2P performance and KPI tracking.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

5. Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and procedures.

6. Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for system enhancements and support.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in configuring and administering Odoo ERP systems for at least 3 to 5 years.
• If Odoo system experience is a challenge, prior experience in iValua and SAP system management is an added advantage
• Incumbent must be willing to travel across SEA countries to support the implementation of the system
• Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Vendor management experience is a plus.

About the role:

• Report to the Lead Resident Engineer (CRE) and be responsible for the daily site supervision and coordination duties for Mechanical/Process matters.
• Project delivery planning including time and manpower scheduling for Resident Site Supervision (RSS) Mechanical/Process staff.
• Enforce Contract Specifications, International standards, national regulations, local Authorities’ requirements, Singapore Standards and good practices.
• Attend HAZOP and SIL studies.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with Contractors.
• Review the Contractors’ submissions and provide all Mechanical/Process comments.
• Liaise with the S.O. team, Engineering Design Manager, the Project Technical Specialists, as well as the Client Technical Team, on the review and approval of design submissions including calculations and drawings for the mechanical and process elements of the Waste to Energy (WTE) facility, Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), Sludge Incineration Facility (SIF), and Food Waste Treatment Facility (FWFT) and ensure coordination with all disciplines.
• Define inspection and special testing requirements and ensure coordination of those efforts on all contracts and in coordination with S.O.’s QA/QC team.
• Ensure inspection documentation fully complies with the Specification requirements, local Authorities’ requirements, and the like.

About you:

• Relevant Degree in Engineering or Certification of the proposed discipline role.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in design and construction of large infrastructure and/or industrial projects, waste to energy plants, power plant projects, or waste/water management projects in Singapore is preferred but overseas/international experience will be considered as relevant.
