• Provide technical assistance on safety and risk projects involving risk analysis, modelling, calculations, and other studies.
• Perform robust technically sound analysis based on reasoned argument and defensible data/information. Typical analysis and studies include:
  • Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA)
  • Fire and explosion modelling
  • Gas & smoke dispersion modelling
  • Risk calculations
  • Non-flammable hazard analysis
  • Escape, Temporary Refuge, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (ETRERA) for off-shore facilities

• Develop improvements/changes to design to reduce risk or improve safety in operations
• Participate in safety workshops (i.e., HAZIDS, HAZOPS, ALARP), and can lead/facilitate small workshops
• Manage small to medium sized projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure deliverables produced are of the quality expected by the clients.
• Work closely with ERM Partners-in-Charge and Principal Consultants to secure and successfully deliver projects.
• Work with junior consultants in competency development via knowledge sharing and mentoring

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s degree and/or Professional Memberships (IChemE, AIChE), Functional and Process Safety Certifications (TUV, CFSP/ CFSE, etc) is a plus.
• At least 8 years with Technical Safety/Process Safety/Safety Engineering experience and projects under a variety of local, regional and national regulatory standards.
• Possess strong written, verbal communication and data presentation skills.
• Have experience managing small to mid sized projects, and have led a small team in delivering such projects
• Strong commitment to safety, including following established Health and Safety protocols.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management is a strong plus
• Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.

The Opportunity:

Agoda is looking for an experienced sales professional with commercial acumen to drive our Agoda Media Solutions team on a global scale. Agoda Media Solutions (AMS) helps to bridge the marketing needs of partners to target active travelers on and off Agoda channels. As an Associate Manager/Manager, Business Development – Agoda Media Solutions, your main role is to drive our Agoda Media Solutions team on a global scale to deliver on KPIs and goals for the company. You will work closely with the local BD teams around the world and guide them in their pipeline development, pitches, commercial projects and optimization for the business. It is also essential for you to understand data and are able to identify gaps and opportunities to help the teams around the world optimize their performance. This role will enable you to understand the detailed commercial partnerships we have with our property partners with an end to end overview of performance. You will also be expected to work closely and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders within the company to help grow the business. In this Role, you’ll get to:

Business Development & Partner Management

• Drive business development efforts by prospecting and identifying new business opportunities from end to end
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing
• Explore and provide feedback to stimulate additional buy-ins from partners in participating in Partner Advertising Programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Partner Advertising Programs for participating partners

Job descriptions

1. HR Business Partner - Work with multiple departments to support business needs, e.g. talent acquisition with involvement in recruitment operations, learning & development, handling employee relations, etc

2. Talent Management & Performance Appraisal - Support Senior Manager to lead and execute Performance appraisal process in TTAP, including backend system management for SAP SuccessFactors.

3. Compensation & Benefits – Partner Senior Manager to conduct compensation and benefits analysis on a periodic basis to drive the company’s pay philosophy, as well as oversee payroll and benefits operations of Senior Coordinator.

4. Staff Engagement – Lead annual Engagement Survey’s execution, review and analysis for countermeasures and follow-up actions to be taken with various stakeholders.
