RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounting

• Key personnel in charge for accounting & Budget matters on Global basis, especially review of Parent Company’s numbers with taking contacts with the key persons in Japan who are Japanese Speaker. 2. Risk Management

3. Tax

• Review and build the pricing policy of all cross-border related party transactions.
• Ensure compliance of all intercompany agreement requirements, calculations, payments for transfer pricing purpose, and complete the transfer pricing documentation of RtMI for each year
• Coordinate transactions of RtMI to be complied with Japanese CFC Taxation.
