As a Project Manager for Cloud Migration, you will lead the end-to-end migration of on-premises infrastructure and applications from on-prem to AWS Cloud. About the job

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Business Navigation Manager helps to navigate and steer IKEA to sustained long-term profitable growth by securing and continuously evolving an effective performance measurement framework consistent across all countries, to give a complete profit and loss overview.

• Requirements Analysis & Elicitation – Preparing Business requirements document.
• Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document or user stories.
• Analyse and propose the “to-be” business and operation processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment and estimation.
• Convey functional and non-functional requirements to System Analysts to ensure clear and complete understanding of requirements.
• Work closely with Technology to ensure proposed solution aligns with requirements.
• Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope-creep.
• Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.
• Facilitate / provide “Train-the-Trainer” on application enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise)
• Testing & Scope Management
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
• Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request
• Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong working knowledge of relevant applications and development life cycles

Mandatories are:

• Experience in Business Analysis. 5-8 years
• Experience in Corporate Payments/Transaction Banking/Core Banking
• Experience in Current Account/Savings Account / Virtual Account/Sub accounts offering.
• KYC / CDD / Account opening procedures.
• Pricing and Billing
• Experience in analysis and implementation – identifying operational and technological impact, to ensure alignment between solution and business requirements.
• Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience.

Nice to haves are:

• Experience in user journey design on banking channels.
• Knowledge of features offered by competitors banks.
• API / H2H / SWIFT experience
