The department is Asset Management. This department is primarily responsible for the management of the operational PBSA properties in Australia, the focus of the department is centred on 4 main objectives, providing our residents an unforgettable journey in our property, budget management, operator management and lastly improving and preserving the value of the property.

Designation and Reporting

The department you will be in is the Asset Management department which is currently split into 2 teams by geographies. Your designation is Associate, Asset Management, and you will report directly to the team head. You will be based in Singapore but are expected to travel to Australia regularly and whenever required. You will be required to work closely with all other departments within the Company as well as our PBSA operator(s) in Australia.

Job Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, Project Facility Management, or Real Estate.

The Event Marketing Project Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility for the assigned project. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to the project team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. What you will do

• Provide all supporting information for closing entries (cut off adjustments, accruals, risk estimates…)

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall in charge of the project
• Oversee site works and activities, and provide overall leadership to the project team(s)
• Attend all meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Work with the Project Manager (PM) to plan construction method, sequence, temporary facilities, manpower, plants and machinery to formulate Project Construction Methodology for the entire project
• Work with PM to set KPIs for the staff and ensure the KPIs are met
• Work with PM and CTD to finalise the construction budget for approval
• Conduct joint site inspections with PM and site team to improve work efficiency and attest any weak work practices.
• Ensure that a Project BIM Execution Plan is formulated following the Corporate BIM Execution Plan and monitor the implementation
• Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all works are carried out accordingly
• Ensure monthly progress report is prepared promptly
• Ensure that the project always upholds the WSHE standards, achieves excellent quality standards, and is completed on time within the approved budget
• Review and implement value engineering and cost-saving proposals
• Authorise site purchase and rental (DOA)
• Actively involved in tendering by working closely with the COM department
• Ensure the site team complies with client & regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the project team maintains proper records/information
• Ensure cohesiveness of staff and maintain team spirit

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with a proven track record in HDB construction projects
• Able to handle large and complex projects or able to oversee multiple projects.
• Strong familiarity with authority submissions and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM
