Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the assessment and analysis of business requirements across business units.

Key Responsibilities

· Work closely with business users and project team members on project initiation, solution design, implementation and post implementation support.

· Support the Product Owner to own, groom and prioritise Product backlog for planning of Product releases.

· Facilitate the solution design effort and help to develop innovative solutions while complying to existing standards, guidelines and processes.

· Plan, design and facilitate workshops to solicit requirements and walkthrough solutions;

· Perform business requirements analysis.

· Propose alternate solutions to meet or improve the desired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions.

· Facilitate and propose optimisation or reengineering of business processes.

· Influence stakeholders in agreement to a common desired outcome.

· Collaborate with respective IT teams to support the project team to deliver high quality deliverables.

· Draft user requirement and functional specifications document together with IT vendors and obtain sign-off.

· Verify that user requirements are achievable and support business users during UAT and post-implementation phases.

· Perform and support pre-User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of the deliverables before handing over the System for UAT.

What we are looking for

· Experience in defining business analysis, solution standards and processes.

· Experience with both agile and waterfall project methodologies.

· Experience with BPR (Business Process Re-engineering).

· Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly.

· Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and ability to influence to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.

· Strong team player and interpersonal skills.

· Preferably more than 3 years of relevant business analysis experience.

· Experience in driving digital initiatives with business will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

. Develop strategies and implement activity plans to increase user retention and conversion rates.

. Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.

. Identify appropriate prospect, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business across categories offered.

. Use value-based selling to affectively manage all aspects of a complex sales cycle.

Reporting to the RM (restaurant manager) and or his assigned personnel, working towards the restaurant's annual operating budget. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Coordinate daily front of the house operations including bar related job scopes; in charge for making beverages, daily chores; setting of table cutleries, folding of napkins, washing, cleaning etc

*Telephone Etiquette: as in accordance with manager's SOP.

*Always ensure and maintain consistency of product quality presentation as set by company and manager.

*To achieve sales targets by upselling beverages /food items and maintaining customer satisfaction.

*Ensures compliance with regulatory compliance for hygiene; health, food safety , risk management and working in a safe environment for all employees and during deliveries.

*Assisting RM working towards the same goal for accountability in planning strategies to ensure that the company business plan is delivered.

*Manage inventory which includes ordering, receiving and stock taking (FSMS-monitoring forms are duly filled daily).

*Ensures proper food handling, sanitation and infection control procedures at all times.

*Always deliver the company brand promise and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

*Must have good knowledge of the restaurant/bar menu and their recipes.

*Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the restaurant manager/and or his assigned personnel at all times.

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing mission-critical solutions within our organization and to fuel our growth. Roles & Responsibilities

Project management

• Lead planning and implementation of projects. Schedule and oversee external project deliveries, ensuring successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in the project early stages for the assessment of the project scope, schedule, effort, resources, activities and risk.
• Perform business analysis with relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Performs ongoing review of project status; identifies project risks. Develops, recommends and implements risk mitigation solutions as approved and as appropriate.

Stakeholder management

• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Coordinate with different stakeholders, such as clients, business teams, project teams and management to facilitate successful negotiation at work and critical issue escalation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution of projects

Planning, reporting & control

• Prepare project management materials, such as project plan, progress updates, presentation and meeting minutes.
• Manage the quality of the project documents, such as solution and requirements specifications, technical specifications, test and implementation plan, etc.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Establish standards and operation procedures for project deliverables and services.

Job Requirements

• Proactive, result-oriented and interested in sustainability and technology.
• Bachelor's degree in computing engineering, Computer Science, Business or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in managing IT projects in software development and infrastructure implementation or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions.
• Knowledge of trading/financial service environments from Front Office to support functions.
• Experience in business analysis
• Knowledge of project/product management & methodologies Agile certifications and experience. PMP certification preferred
• Good planning, organization, coordination, tracking and reporting skill for project activities

• Supervise, execute, and coordinate project activities until project completion.
• Ensure the project is on schedule, within budgeted cost and quality standards.
