Purpose of the Role:

You will be a part of the Asian Investment Banking Division (“AIBD”) that sits in the front line, responsible for the promotion of Corporate & Investment Banking (“CIB”) products and services in the Asia and Oceania region, covering both Global Corporates and Japanese Corporates. You will play an important role in our team by taking on responsibilities that include (but are not limited to):

Client Management and Strategy

• Manage and lead the PF and RE sub-units in the implementation of solutions through stakeholder negotiations with clients, bank syndicates, external specialist advisors and internal stakeholders including negotiation of waiver terms and amendment documents.

• Liaise with and advise clients on on-going company's bookkeeping, payroll related, ACRA and IRAS related matters.
• Assist the Managers to guide and/or review Executives’ work in handling day to day business outsourcing services.
• Support the Managers in the transition of the accounting, GST, Corporate Tax transfer records from the take-over business and on boarding of new clients.
• Assist the Managers to implement new software, improve SOP, workflows and processes and ensure the team comply with relevant statutory acts and filing deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, local Polytechnic, ACCA, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, corporate tax, GST & XBRL in a Singapore outsourced accounting firm, compensation will commensurate with your experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, ACRA, MOM, CPF and relevant tax rules, procedures and guidelines.
• Experience in managing client relationships, demonstrate interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
• Experience in preparing consolidation using Excel and preparing year-end draft statutory company or group financial statements with notes to the accounts.
• Technology savvy, excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication and analytical skills.
• Resilient and able to work independently to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Experienced Audit executives/supervisors/team leads who are currently working in Singapore Audit Firms are also welcome.

Administration

• Security door access management (including after-hours door access support)
• Oversee and maintain the overall office operations, ensuring a clean and comfortable workspace.
• Oversee facilities services & maintenance activities
• Manage office supplies, office equipment and pantry supplies
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
• Manage business trips, hotel booking, temp accommodation and visa/work permits application process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless workflow
• Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
• Space mapping and planning

Project

• Manage the scope of ad hoc projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
• Documentation and following up on actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparation of necessary presentation materials for meetings

• Manage the sustainability reporting, analyzing results and provide valuable information for decision-making.

Your Background:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of proven experience as senior office administrator
• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and policies

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
