Job Description:

• Lead a team of professional & technical trained staff in planning, daily operations, liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors & relevant authorities.
• Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
• Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of construction operations.

Requirement:

• Possess Degree in Civil Engineering / C&S / Construction Management or equivalent.
• Have an ownership attitude, be willing and able to grow, coach and mentor.
• Able to manage a site team and liaise with sub-constractors and consultants.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office is a must. Others acquired skill will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Structural Steel will be an added advantage.
• Relevant certificate – BCSS / StS – etc.

Regional pricing strategy & execution

• Develop and execute pricing strategies across local and travel retail markets spanning Asia Pacific in collaboration with Guerlain HQ and commercial teams.
• Conduct regular analysis of pricing competitiveness across key markets to assess impact of currency fluctuations and promotional campaigns.

Analytics & business intelligence

• Deliver actionable insights on key macro-economic, market & competition trends impacting our performance across APAC.
• Consolidate business and retail performance KPIs for regular reporting to HQ and regional management stakeholders.
• Employ key business insights & analysis to prepare forecasting for operational management & annual budget planning requirements.

Strategic planning and project management

• Work closely with regional management on end-to-end business planning process from developing strategic commercial strategy, initiatives planning & road-mapping, to execution and performance tracking.
• Support preparation for top management meetings, including annual budget meetings, business reviews, market visits, COMEX presentations, etc.
• And any other topics as assigned.

• Act as single point of contact towards the client. This includes professional and accurate monitoring of all on going activities towards dedicated rigs/customer(s).
• Ensure strong customer relationship through regular customer meetings and other physical appearances in customer’s offices.
• Build, maintain and develop customer relations by providing a complete overview over historical and on-going activity.
• Initiate sales activity of the complete DLS portfolio, supported by the PUs and DLS management.
• Initiate and execute minor service activities, major service projects will be handled by dedicated PMs on behalf of the SAM.
• Evaluate and follow up reports from the service engineers.
• Ensure feedback of operational issues and new business opportunities to PUs, Business Development and DLS management.
• Be an active contributor to QuestBack and satisfaction feedback from customers.
• Take personal responsibility for HSE and Quality.
• Act as substitute for other SAMs whenever required, and assure substitution for own duties.
• Control and report financial performance together with the cost-controller.
• Perform work according to HMH core values and work processes.

Requirements:-

• BSc or other relevant technical /commercial background.
• Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• Experience in managing Service Department an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of drilling technology’s emergency preparedness and response plan.
• Five to ten years of relevant experience, knowledge of MH Drilling equipment is preferable.
• Well-developed customer focus.
• Excellent English skills, both written and oral.
