Responsibilities

• Assist RMs on account opening for new customers.
• Follow-up on required information/documentation relating to account onboarding.
• Ensure provided information and documentation are in accordance with the bank’s KYC (know-your-customer), AML (anti-money laundering) and CDD (customer due-diligence) requirements for initial boarding and on an ongoing basis.
• Provide post-onboarding support relating to account service requests for existing customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting

• Manage the Financial Planning Cycle: Oversee the consolidation and analysis of strategic plans, budgets, forecasts, and actual results submitted by business units across the region.

Management Reporting

• Champion Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and data integrity of budget, forecast, and actual submissions within the Business Planning & Consolidations (BPC) system. This includes overseeing the monthly closing process for the region, collaborating with markets and Group.

Financial Analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and experience

• Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field or qualified CA/CPA
• Several years of FP&A or Finance-related experience in a dynamic and fast paced multi-national organization

• Experience with SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) system, SAP FICO are strong pluses.

Data & KYC Officer

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Private 5G based in the US.  This role focuses on sell-through and sell-to revenue opportunities within the top service providers, technology partners and Enterprise customers in the US. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for understanding and influencing customer-specific technology requirements, resulting in the adoption of Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity solutions with our customers and  partners. Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third party Risk management. This individual is responsible for ensuring the outsourcing activities comply with relevant outsourcing regulations and laws, align with internal policies and procedures, and are effectively governed to minimise risk exposure in the regional level. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Support Project and resource scheduling, project tracking (Project deliverables, financials, Operations, documentation, IT team and etc), risk management and quality assurance.
• Oversee and support the implementation of projects, tracking and controlling all project phases and activities.
• Participate in the drafting of solutions for prospective clients together with sales representatives
• Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects’ operations with various cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate and evaluate project requirements and develop processes to ensure successful and sustainable execution of the project
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, with PMP/CITPM certification is a must.
• 4 to 5 years working experience (min 2 years in government projects), with min 3 years IT Project Management.
• Hands-on experience in Electronic Content Management (ECM) software, Business Process Solutions, Workflow Automation, Robotic Process Automation and Digital Solutions will have an added advantage.
• Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to the team
• Good communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
• Result and customer-service oriented
• Committed and responsible team player with ability to interact with all levels
• A proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar projects in Government and Commercial sectors

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the People and Culture plan for the Asia Pacific region aligned to our global People and Culture strategy. This is a regional position with responsibility to execute and deliver a consistent approach across all group companies within the Asia Pacific region; leading and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives across the region with regard to People and Culture; including Talent Acquisition and Management, HR Operations including Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Development and Culture and Values. Initial responsibility will be for an employee population of up to 1,000 in the Philippines and 30 in India, in addition to supporting our Climate Infrastructure team in Singapore as we acquire new assets and complete new projects.  

This role will be based in Singapore with regular travel to our companies in the Asia Pacific region and will report to the Group Chief People Officer, working closely with the senior regional personnel.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, drive, develop and engage the business in People and Culture initiatives for the Asia Pacific region.
• Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring execution and alignment of all performance objectives with business goals.
• Develop and continuously improve the employer brand in the Asia Pacific region aligned to the global brand.
• Develop and execute on employee involvement initiatives and events, practising and observing company values in all activities and decisions impacting people.
• Align, lead and execute on the company’s Total Reward strategy for the Asia Pacific region.
• Liaise with all stakeholders to provide regular internal communications group wide.
• Lead on employee involvement events, employee wellbeing initiatives, welcoming feedback and executing an annual employee survey.
• Quarterly reporting via a People and Culture dashboard that satisfies all stakeholder requirements across the full suite of MI for HR.
• Enhance diversity, equality and inclusion programmes.
• Develop and support HR teams on HR initiatives and operational processes.
• Lead on the implementation of a Talent management programme for the Asia Pacific region to include leadership and management learning and development.
• Manage regional people budget.
• Be a champion for change management.
• Support for projects as directed.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Existing experience as Head of HR/People in a high growth and fast-paced global business within Energy, Utilities, Finance, Technology or related sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience of implementing improved global people practices.
• Professional and technical knowledge of Asia Pacific HR.
• Proven track record of leading people initiatives scaling a business for growth.
• Demonstrated ability to drive success through building appropriate business plans, goals, KPIs and other metrics.
• Strong ability to distil information into clear and compelling messages.
• Proven ability to gain trust, build rapport and earn respect as a specialist and business enabler.
• Comfortable and confident to challenge the status quo with an eye on improvement.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in performing data entry of sales orders into system.
• Manage incoming phone calls and identity customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
• Manage and address any customer complaints or an issue that with product or service by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Work closely with business development team, in ensuring that the sales orders are placed, and products are delivered to customers on time.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse for delivery arrangements.
• Ensure that movement of goods from HQ are sufficient and accurate.
• Generate reports for management.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
