• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts (written and oral)

Job Summary: The Management Trainee will undergo an intensive training program focused on developing skills and knowledge in various aspects of manufacturing operations. This role is designed to prepare the trainee for future leadership positions within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

· Learn and assist in managing production schedules and workflows.

· Gain exposure to production planning and optimization.

Quality Assurance:

· Understand quality control processes and standards.

· Assist in conducting quality inspections and implementing improvement initiatives.

Inventory Control:

· Learn inventory management techniques and systems.

· Assist in monitoring inventory levels and optimizing stock rotation.

Process Improvement:

· Participate in continuous improvement projects.

· Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity.

Safety and Compliance:

· Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

· Assist in promoting a culture of safety and compliance within the manufacturing environment.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Work closely with other departments such as engineering, logistics, and procurement.

· Gain exposure to interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
