Project Executive

Main Objective:

• Ensure a smooth order execution and drive through issues to success.
• Lead and support different functions achieving zero delay and 100 percent delivery compliance.
• Main contact point between internal and external customers. Establish good reporting practice and close communication with Customers.
• Build on current work process and seek for areas of improvement.
• Support Commercial and Supply Chain teams in initiatives.
• Achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
• Support/ improve/ develop new IT tools/system to simplify SC processes and increase efficiencies (eg: Expediting reporting, Planning, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage of contracts/orders execution from the time of contract/order review to the time of delivery and payment is fully accomplished.
• Facilitate project communications and provide dedicated support to key accounts by weekly updating.
• Participate in and follow up production activities, periodic inspection and actively track delivery timeline against commitment.
• Assume execution responsibilities, plan downstream logistics and delivery as per agreed terms.
• Assess risk on bids and recommend mitigating measures in securing businesses.
• Provide inputs towards continuous improvements from time to time.
• Manage post-sales obligations; track and expedite project progression; timely reporting of project status.
• Develop and monitor KPIs of the project.
• Chairing Project kick-off meetings, TPI coordination within production facility parties. Ensure that all Quality Assurance and Safety procedures are carried out.
• Actively participate and involve in appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard / incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls
• To participate in scheduled/unscheduled safety walks & liaison all HSE matters with safety officer till completion
• Ensure work activities and behaviour achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable local legal requirements.
• Other Project and ad-hoc duties as per assigned by immediate superior or management

Person Specification

Knowledge and Skills:

• Preferrable Product & Quality knowledge.
• Preferrable some engineering technical knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, Analytical and Creative approach to problem solving.
• Ability to facilitate and communicate effectively on all levels.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solver and think strategically.
• Good organizational, time management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications:

• At least bachelor’s degree in business/ engineering
• Competent PC skills

Experience:

• Preferrable at least 24 months related experience in a similar industry.
• Experiences in Customer Service, Logistic, Expediating, Order/ Contract management.

• Ensure standards for food quality and preparation
• Co-ordinate with logistics department for timely collection and delivery schedules
• prepare dally delivery list for frozen meats and others
• Manage all frozen meat delivery and assist to production and others
• Able to multi-tasks and dwork under pressure
• Able to handle heavy stuffs around 20-30kg
• Able to work long hours and work on weekend

QUALIFICATIONS

• Physically fit
• Able to work in cold environment
• Class 3 Licence
• Forklift Licence (if have is a plus point)

(1) Experienced in F&B operations for at least 2 years.

(2) Independent with initiative.

(3) Maintain daily and monthly reports of outlets.

(4) Preparation of profit/loss statements.

(5) Purchasing of materials if required.

(6) Sourcing for clients to rent stalls.

(7) Daily operations of outlets.

Responsibility

• Perform the activities of engineering in accordance with the established procedures, service manuals and required standards
• Ensures that engineering design and project management are planned in accordance with the customer's specifications
• Ensures that all engineering designs, technical drawings and appropriate standards used are properly documented
• Co-ordinates with Sales-In-Charge in notifying customers of any changes in design, documentation, planning, timing or services performed
• Ensures that projects filing and technical manuals compilation are in accordance with procedures and process control
• Notifies Admin Department on the schedule for delivery and invoice in accordance with customers' requirements till project closure
• Raise Purchase Requisition and costing of procurements in Material List and request for relevant documents from suppliers
• Notifies Sales-In-Charge and Purchaser of any variations or additional supplies required for the project or recall project kick-off meeting for major changes, if deemed necessary
• Ensures procurements are processed in advance to meet contractual schedule
• Ensures that receive goods are verified with purchase orders before approving payment to suppliers
• Notifies the Purchaser immediately to withhold or stop payments to suppliers if goods received require any exchange of parts or are defective with supporting correspondences
• Assists the technical teams to complete system testing, commissioning and ensures that the services is properly to meet the required specifications
• Reviews Project Files Closure and ensures that contents are fully intact with updated information. Ensures that drawings (including softcopies of drawings) and manuals are backed up in disk and server prior to handing over to P & E Secretary for storage in data room
• Ensures that a non-conformity report is being raised as and when necessary
• Ensures that non-conformances are promptly resolved by means of investigation and corrective action
• Reviews and approves supplier and contractor on work completion which relates to project work and purchase order
  
  Requirements
• Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Relevant experience in control & instrumentation background, PLC Programming, automation, electrical & electronic engineering is a must
• Good communication skills

Job Description

Responsibilities

· Reporting to the Project Director/ Business Unit Head.

· Responsible for preparing project start-up and execution plan, as well as to define key project targets in terms of time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contractual.

· Liaise effectively with client’s representatives and consultants in all project matters relating to authority, planning, contracts, construction and EHS, including reporting at regular meetings.

· Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations to achieve all key project targets

· Review master programme, define key project milestones and set pull-planning targets for project team to manage site progress and activities effectively.

· Liaise with and manage Subcontractors to deliver their respective performance targets in terms of time, cost, quality and safety.

· Implement and control project budgetary plans, as well as to manage contractual matters fully.

· Drive the implementation of innovative construction methodologies and practices on site to improve productivity and achieve lean outcome.

· Foster collaborative spirit between project team members, as well as commitment to achieving performance targets set.

· Assist the Business Unit Head or Project Director in tendering proposals to secure new projects.

Requirements:

· Degree in Building/ Civil or Electrical Engineering/ Construction Management or related.

· Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management and/ or site coordination works for building projects.

. BCCPE certificate would be an advance.

· Good all-rounded knowledge in construction management, planning capability and contractual matters; adopt lean mind set to cost and resource management.

· Able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve good results in project delivery; strongly committed to accomplishing the established milestones and other deliverables.

· Proactive when solving issues and focused on strategic goals of the project.

· Proponent of lean principles, actively seeking to maximize value and minimize waste in processes and resource management; Believer of empirical data and measurement as basis of decision-making to improve efficiency and productivity.

· Applicants with prior relevant experience in residential projects will be preferred.
