About the Role

Project Coordinators are based in each of our scientific divisions and support with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and scientific tasks. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team for assisting execution of ongoing programs and helping with the roll-out of new education programs.

As our Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to a portfolio of education programs and ensuring that the programs are completed in budget and on-schedule.

This is a dynamic role and the responsibilities will include;

- Keep a record of admission numbers and assist with any queries related to the admission process.

- Assist with the booking of venues and facilities for the programs.
