We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of a large lab and control building. This role involves managing complex projects with significant oversight of construction processes, contractor relationships, and vendor coordination. The project consists of three separate jobs, with new buildings fabricated in the Middle East and shipped to Jurong Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead the overall project execution from foundation and steel structure through to final commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between our client and all contractors and vendors, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise.

• Contractor Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of multiple contractors, ensuring that all project milestones are met while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in API banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of open banking frameworks, regulatory requirements, and financial services processes. Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, analyzing and documenting API specifications, stakeholder management, and coordinating between business and technical teams. The candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience in agile methodologies. Familiarity with API platforms, integration technologies, and hands-on experience in the banking domain are essential.

Proven experience in API banking initiatives and digital transformation projects.

• Class 4 driving license
