What the role is

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management of digital solutions, ensuring that client business goals, timelines, and budget constraints are met.
• Progress Monitoring: Develop, track, and regularly assess project progress against established plans.
• Reporting: Generate regular status reports for stakeholders, showcasing key achievements, milestones, risks, and required plan adjustments.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Digital Expertise: Understand and communicate digital trends, address technical challenges, and make informed decisions with a thorough knowledge of the digital field.

Key Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of experience in digital solution delivery and managing digital teams.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in CMS; WooCommerce, Shopify, and Wix.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

Together with the team, you will support and navigate the growth of IKEA and steer the business towards sustained long term profitability, including securing financial business performance and compliance with policies and standards.

Your Assignment

• To lead the store Business Plan process together with the Steering Team and proactively work with local market data to understand people’s life at home and our customers experience across all touchpoints to provide relevant insights;

• To take the lead and drive performance update, commercial and operational insights (where possible) and secure the relevant inputs during the forecasting and budgeting process;

• To work closely with the Commercial Team in identifying commercial opportunities and promote the use of business case thinking when evaluating and acting on those opportunities;

Your profile

• A strategic finance business partner with at least 10 years of leadership experience, strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to be able to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions;

• A collaboration champion with strong influencing skills to navigate and succeed in a large matrix organisation;

• A leader who has experience in leading teams, preferably in retail environment coupled with budget and business steering;

• A retailer who contributes towards the business through actions and presence including weekends, public holidays and on rotating shifts

• Partner with the HODs and Team Leads to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes administering the Talent Acquisition Form for all hires; the sourcing and interview of candidates; prepare salary proposal; the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
• Handle employee relations matters, which includes disciplinary related matters; grievances; performance improvement plan and other issues concerning employee engagement.
• Provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures with the aim to enhance employee communication; engagement and performance.
• Facilitate and be the minute-taker for staff engagement sessions.
• Handle work pass applications/renewals for any foreign hires and related matters.
• Support performance management review.
• Participate in HRIS testing and perform Learning Management System administrator role.
• Any other HR related projects and HR admin duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related disciplines with at least 2 years of HR experience in HR Business Partnering
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and possess positive attitude
• Meticulous, self-driven, able to multitask with good time management
• Experience in SAP and/or SAP SuccessFactors would be an added advantage

• Define principles and implement logic for computation of variable cost components at geographical, trade level, in order to derive a standard cost box rate by equipment size type for every port-pair combination
