• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of risk and change management, security policies and controls, user account life-cycle management, roles-based access, access management, active directory and other related Identity Management concepts.
• Work with client business, onboarding applications teams and understand the impact on their present identity and access workflows processes.
• Evaluate and identify industry solutions suitable for customers’ present and future requirements, fulfil existing gaps, is scalable, robust, easy to use and economically maintainable.
• Lead and prepare low level architectural design solutions, evaluate and finalize a robust and cost-effective solution which meets all the requirements and no impact on dependent applications.
• Design High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures for IAMS.
• Prepare artifacts for data flow design diagrams with all use case diagrams which covers data modelling between IAMS and target applications.
• Perform data migration impact analysis and identify the solutions in new system.
• Develop new custom connectors related to Rest/Soap API
• Prepare a detailed deployment/ cut over plan with perfect go-live strategy which covers all the teams and all other dependent impacting (source and target) applications team’s activities.

• After go-live, periodically review the system processes, quality of system results and update the weekly, monthly quarterly status reports to customer stake holders.

Job Requirements:

• Min 10 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management domain, with min 3 years’ experience in technical development, support and maintenance of Identity Governance tools.
• Experience with the top identity governance tools like Oracle IM/ Oracle IG, SailPoint, Saviynt, One identity solution.
• Experience in development and implementation of workflows and data integration/transformations in an identity management project using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) workflow engine.

Key responsibilities

Drive the automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure to other systems to achieve straight through processing and reduce manual work.

Provide on-going operations support including management reporting and operations dashboards relating to the governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

5+ Years of CyberArk Experience: Demonstrated expertise in the deployment, configuration, management, and support of CyberArk infrastructure components. Proven ability to provide regional support and integrate CyberArk solutions via APIs. CyberArk certifications are preferred to validate knowledge and skills.

Scripting and Reporting: Proficient in writing PowerShell scripts and SQL statements to develop comprehensive management reports focused on the usage and operational management of privileged accounts.
