You will be part of the Rail Group (Electrical and Mechanical) project team and be assigned to work on the Integrated Supervisory and Control System (ISCS).

You will have an opportunity to work on an integrated system with control centers that are designed to enable operators to supervise, control and coordinate the safe and efficient movement of passengers and trains. The major subsystems and equipment managed by ISCS include automatic train supervision, power supply, environmental control system, fire protection system, communications and passenger information systems.

You will be part of a team involved in the renewals of the existing LRT systems, including the designing and validation process, supervision works, and testing and commissioning of the new systems on the LRT network. You will also be managing various projects and assist in the operations and maintenance support on the existing LRT systems network.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse user business process and requirements; verify & validate the requirements.

• Managing stakeholders’ expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project and assigning team members to specific tasks.

• Assemble and manage both team individuals and counter-parts for project related discussion.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of relevant technical business analysis experience in banking domain.

• Good business domain knowledge in loan origination system

• Experience in Java, API and SQL with middleware technologies.

• Strong working knowledge of system development life cycles.

• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Good Experience in handling client and scope control.

• Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.

Volunteer Management

• Oversee the full volunteer life cycle ranging from recruitment, screening/interview, matching, orientation, deployment, review/feedback, appreciation, training and exit.
• Foster strong relations with volunteers and stakeholders in the community.
• Maintain & Updating of the volunteer database in the VMS
