Position Overview:
The Business Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of the trade-in and resale operations for refurbished phones. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, manage operational workflows, ensure profitability, and maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Business Development

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the trade-in and resale operations

Qualifications and Skills:
