My Client, a well known brand is seeking to hire a Trade/Product Marketing Executive or AM preferably with Product and/or Trade Marketing experience in consumer electronics industry. You are an individual contributor and with "hands-on" and "walking the grounds" to understand the business and competitor activities and manage the sales/promoters on ground.

Role

• Conduct market research, understand current trends
• Manage assigned product life cycle & price strategies
• Monitor product sales performance, competitor activities, campaign ROI
• Track offline / online product presence to ensure product is well represented in all touchpoints
• Manage marketing projects and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare weekly & monthly reporting
• Support new product launches
• Support any ad-hoc activities assigned when required

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant experience in Trade or Product Marketing
• Good knowledge of excel, analysis of sales performance
• Both independent and a team player
• Experience with consumers electronics products
• Good interpersonal skills
• Hands-on and manage promoters on ground.
• Possess good problem solving skills, positive attitude and willing to learn new things

- Review and sign off on a pool of established clients, both local SMEs and subsidiaries of international groups.

- Clients are generally not complex and low risk.

Requirements

• 2 or more years experience.
• Essential: requirements determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/ validation; decomposition of high- level information into details; abstracting low- level information; distinguishing requests vs needs; distinguishing requirements vs. solutions; classifying/ prioritizing requirements; requirements change management and traceability; identifying risks; applying creativity to solving complex problems; building relationships and working collaboratively; effective verbal/ written communication; experience in an industry domain.
