What you need to have:

• Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or equivalent qualifications
• Singaporean or PR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest and passion for sales
• Willingness to learn and undergo training
• Team player, proactive and collaborative
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• No working experience required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for administrative duties within the IT procurement and inventory management function.

2. Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software.

3. Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime.

4. To oversee and manage Group of Companies’ system software including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Times Software, and etc.

5. To monitor, maintain and troubleshoot system and network security, server load balancing and network efficiency for Group of Companies.

6. To assist on company IT grants application.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum IT Diploma or equivalent

2. At least 2 year of experience in IT Asset Management

3. IT desktop knowledge (Able to identify equipment type and component level)

4. Good communication skills in English and Chinese is required, as you will be working closely with China counterparts.
