Project Manager (Oil & Gas)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary interface by providing a single point of contact between the company and customer/sales.
• The Project Manager shall be responsible for the effective management and delivery of equipment and services as defined by customers’ order with respect to safety, quality, cost and schedule requirements of the project
• Support the upfront pre-tender / tender phase by providing input such as lessons learnt, challenges, risks and/ or opportunities to the proposal/costing team
• Responsible for implementing client requirements and contractual obligations are made known and understood by all personnel involved with the project execution
• Produce project deliverables in a safe manner, to specifications and quality requirements, on schedule and within budget
• Responsible for leading a cross functional team (Planners, buyers, engineers, manufacturing) and ensuring they can meet the obligations of the contract/project
• Coordinate with various functional departments to support the project
• Comprehends contractual conditions and specifications and looks for commercial and technical cost savings.
• Ensures resources are deployed where applicable.
• Communicates with other managers to ensure accurate information is made available at all times to facilitate effective decision-making.

• Advises plants on invoicing for milestone payments at attainment and maintains the schedule for milestone payment invoicing.
• Creates/Estimates revenue forecast documents for the duration of the project.
• Provides internal project reporting by using IOI’s, monthly dashboards, and project reviews as needed
• Provides external project reporting as defined by the customer in project specifications
• Completes all project closeout activities including evaluation of project performance, documenting lessons learnt, archiving and close out report

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with experience in Oil & Gas industry with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 8 years of Project and Program management experience, with Singapore Government & Multi-national Corporation (MNC) experience
• Deep understanding in navigating the Singapore Government Ecosystem
• Experience running IT projects with multiple stakeholder involvement
• Experience working directly with business executives: CIO, CTO, PMO in an advisory role
• Experience planning and managing human, financial, material, and information resources
• Account development experience; creating, maintaining and/or enhancing customer relationships that have yielded business opportunity.

Job Summary:

Looking for 5 PAX to assist in packing tickets for Events e.g. Concerts, Football etc.

A requirement of 6 to 8 hours when activated. Numbers of days required depends on the extend of the event days.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Packing of tickets into plastic sleeves, hooking on lanyards, placing neatly into envelopes.

2. Labeling of boxes for courier.

3. Organising the boxes according to the suites and double checking boxes according to suite size for courier.

4. Packing and inventory of items in the store.

Requirements:

1. Computer literate – MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint.

2. Data entry experience.

3. English speaking

4. At least ‘O’ Level
