You will be responsible for overseeing, planning, writing, implementing and reviewing Validation protocols in place within highly regulated environments. Your expertise will lend a hand in tactical problem-solving, effective communication, and creating a progressive growth culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the C&Q Manager.
• Abide by all safety requirements and procedures pertaining to their role; serve as a positive model to others in this regard; re-enforce in meetings, perform periodic field observation and feedback as needed.
• Lead a team as the system owner in preparing and executing Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment C&Q documents, ensuring achievement of the project schedule, track and report progress to the C&Q Manager.
• Provide a strong working technical knowledge of Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment systems regarding the development of protocols, their execution, and close out.
• Provide technical oversight to a Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment C&Q team to assure technical work quality, consistency, and alignment with the C&Q programme.
• Work in the Kneat platform for preparation, review and approval of C&Q documentation with a key focus on traceability to User Requirements throughout.
• Coordinate with the Engineering Compliance team, the QA team and other stakeholders in assuring all decisions on the document preparation for Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment systems are aligned and agreed.
• Work collaboratively with the other project disciplines (e.g. automation, construction, engineering, end user) to support integration of activities.
• Train Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment personnel on the C&Q programme and it’s implementation in execution.

Requirements:

• Strong driver for timely execution and close out of C&Q protocols.
• Issues resolved in reasonable time before they impact critical path of Project.
• Issues identified, discussed, closed out and documented clearly.
• Proficient in the use of Kneat for C&Q document preparation and execution.

• Plan, coordinate, manage and execute all types of events in the client, ensuring and overseeing the events run smoothly and successfully.

• Adhere to the Event Manager’s planned schedule activities or event work flow and ensure the Event Technicians follow before and during events. This includes oversee and coordinate the Event Technician during the event, ensuring the Event Technician work as per scheduled and work as a team.
• Coordinate all logistic aspects of the event and technical set-up, which would include mobile generator, mobile toilets, tables and chairs, extra lighting, stage, backstage props, banners, signage, decorations, audio visual equipment, etc., and in helping to shift and arrange training props and furniture. This includes any light, projector and sound check during rehearsal and/or before the event day itself.
• Liaise with hirers to ensure their vendors follow the client’s house rules (e.g. change pass at Security counter, etc) during the set-up and reinstatement of the venue. This may include of pre and post event handing and taking over of the event.
• Work closely with the Zone Managers and Housekeeping Executive to ensure the venue is in clean and good condition. To have internal and/or joint inspection at least a day before the event and on the event day itself.
• Work closely with all parties and pay attention to details for the overall event process, identifying potential issues or faults and finding practical solutions to overcome them during event. Should there be any urgent attention or emergencies, he is able to address and report to Event Manager and the client immediately. This includes assigning the team members to rectify at the soonest possible and submit the report after rectification of the fault,
• Gather feedback from hirers and follow up with all the requests and address any issues that may arise from the events. The feedback and issues have to be updated to the client with follow up actions or recommendation.
• Ensure compliance and good practice of the health and safety regulations related to event activities and equipment used for the events.
• Keep records, generate reports (on the events carried out, consolidated calculation of monthly, quarterly and yearly rentals, venue utilisation and problems encountered) and any document of event-related activities. The reports need to submit to the client on a monthly basis.
• Look for continuous improvement in the event management process and giving the hirer a good experience of renting the client’s venues. Implementing best practices or new technology to enhance the overall hirer’s experience and functionality of venue spaces.

Job Responsibilites:

• Report to the Senior Facilities Manager.
• Assist SFM and the client on the following:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities including office buildings, or other managed spaces within the assigned zone and ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of the facilities.
• Manage and mentor facility teams, including executives, supervisors, technical officers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure a cohesive and efficient workforce.
• Carry out internal inspection weekly. This shall form part of the Key Performance Indicators.
• Direct and co-ordinate all other matters including monitoring of progress, installation and testing of equipment, technical personnel training, logistic support, documentation preparation and operation start-up.
• Manage budgets for each facility in the zone, allocating resources effectively to meet maintenance and improvement needs.
• Assist in the execution of work order and follow up with the service reports when the works are completed and submit the service report to SFM for record.
• Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure service delivery meets quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, identify repair needs, and ensure timely resolution of facility issues;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
• Implement eco-friendly and sustainable practices, working towards energy efficiency and waste reduction goals.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate with senior management regarding the status of facilities and ongoing projects.
• Analyze facility performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee facility improvement and renovation projects from conception to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external contractors.
• Ensure that all his technical team and direct contractor appointed by cilent or Contractor’s subcontractors follow QEHS ISO requirements and Statutory Requirements.
• Ensure campus is clean and free from pest.
• Attend monthly meetings on the FM Operations requirements of this Contract.
• Assist SFM and cilent to manage food court operators and ensure premises is well-maintained by operator and meets the requirements in contract not limiting to:
• Conduct monthly inspection with food court operator.
• Check and verify service reports submitted by operator as per contract requirements.
• Conduct spot checks on selling price and report to cilent on any non-compliance with approved pricelist.
• Assist SFM and Cilent to manage the apartment operator and ensure premises is well-maintained by operator and meets the requirements in contract not limiting to:
• Conduct monthly inspection with apartment operator.
• Conduct quarterly inspection with apartment operator and Cilent
• Check and verify service reports submitted by operator as per contract requirements.
• Arrange two-monthly apartment operations meeting with operator and Cilent.
• Undertake any other related duties stipulated by Cilent.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture or Engineering or Real Estate or Building/Facilities Management or equivalent with 7 years of relevant working experience; OR
• Diploma holder in Architecture or Engineering or Real Estate or Building/Facilities Management or equivalent with 10 years of relevant working experience.
