Responsibilities

· Investment

o Analyse economic and market trends, and various other indicators to evaluate suitable investment opportunities and strategies.

o Assist in due diligence efforts on potential investment transactions

o Develop financial models to perform various financial analyses to evaluate prospective deals

o Assist in preparation of management reports and Investment Committee memorandums on potential investment opportunities

· Asset Management

o Assist in monitoring the financial performance of existing assets and updating fund management report

· Any other matters

o Support ad-hoc requests, initiatives and projects, if required.
