1. Strategic Project Management from CEO and CFO Offices:

• Ensure our DRIs (project teams) are executing according to plan for our strategic projects, ensuring all KPIs are met, providing the necessary support and oversight to keep projects on track.

4. Issue Resolution and Escalation:

5. Executive Support:

• Train and support DRIs in the effective use of PTS, ensuring that all project data is accurately entered and maintained.
• Regularly review PTS data to ensure alignment with project goals and KPIs, and identify any discrepancies or issues.
• Use PTS to generate detailed reports and dashboards for senior management, providing visibility into project status, risks, and achievements

8. Stakeholder Communication and Alignment:

• Facilitate regular communication among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and review sessions, ensuring all participants are informed and engaged.
• Ensure that all project-related communication is clear, concise, and accessible to all relevant parties.

Role Purpose

• The Data Management Engineer is responsible for managing the handover of project information and documentation to clients, ensuring compliance with agreed procedures.
• This role involves coordinating with various project teams and stakeholders to ensure data quality and adherence to information management requirements.
• The engineer will work closely with the Digital/IT team to set up project databases and tools, contributing to the development of enterprise-level data management systems. Additionally, the role includes monitoring data quality, identifying issues, and supporting stakeholders in resolving them.

Key Accountabilities

• General Manage the Information and Data hand-over to the client of project information and documentation in accordance with the agreed procedures. Monitor all Information and Data interfaces with Client or other third parties to ensure requirements are addressed, and coordinate with adequate stakeholders if necessary.
• Coordination with stakeholders Coordinate/Advise all the project teams (e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain, Completion & Commissioning, and subcontractors) to ensure information and data requirements are understood and complied
• Coordinate with Engineers or each discipline members to ensure the information/data quality within the schedule - MODEC started to focus on complying with Information and Data Management requirements, and understanding from different departments/stakeholders are crucial.
• we need someone who can really involve departments and work closely to build not only protocols but also an organizational understanding and culture towards Information.
• Data Management Coordinate with Digital/IT team to ensure that the Project DB and Tools are properly setup as per project requirement Enterprise Data Platform/Data Management Program and Information and Data Management related tools are under development from scratch in MODEC.
• Great collaborator to provide necessary input/feedback to Digital/IT team is required (need wholistic and long-term view to contribute to the enterprise level architecture, rather than solely standing on the project requirements view)
• Quality Assurance / Reporting Identify issues related to data quality, and coordinate with/support stakeholders populating the data to eliminate the issues Monitor data quality KPIs to reflect the Project Information and Data Management status.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire, develop and maintain a client relationship and portfolio of high-net-worth individuals
• Be fully competent in investment products advisory and providing best in class services to clients
• Be a trusted advisor to clients, enhancing Bank’s brand equity
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time

Requirement:

• Recognised bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business / Banking and Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of Premium banking RM experience or minimum 2 years of Private banking RM experience
• BSC Grade A or B (if applicable)
• Relevant certification (CACS, CMFAS - M9, M9A, M5, HI)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and executing specific and targeted sales strategies for Intuition’s Financial Markets business in Asia-Pacific, with a focus on business in Hong Kong, China, and Singapore. Based in Singapore and reporting to the EVP APAC, the Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities within the region, growing strategic relationships, and utilizing commercial acumen to define and maximize opportunities. The successful candidate will work on an office-centric hybrid schedule and will cover the full range of deliverables including market research, consulting with clients, solution selling, and working with both internal and external partners to ensure success.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales credentials with a proven track record of individual success in dynamic sales environments. They will be a highly driven self-starter with an aptitude for innovation and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Excellent client-facing and communication skills are essential. This role would suit someone with international experience having worked, studied, or lived outside of Singapore.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Executing specific sales campaigns by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. These are focussed on our blended learning solutions of e learning, classroom and edtech products.
• Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our various solutions.
• Developing inside wallets from our existing client base, based on the specific sales campaigns.
• Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities in our vertical markets.
• Developing channel and influencer channels for learning solutions.
• Generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Leveraging industry contacts to drive business development initiatives and enhance the company’s presence in APAC.
• Evaluating competition, analysing the market, and thinking laterally to target opportunities for growth in APAC whilst staying informed about industry trends, competitors and market conditions.
• Liaising with senior management to define opportunities and optimize solutions. This role requires a close working relationship with the VP and EVP, offering excellent career progression.
• Utilizing commercial acumen to define and maximize opportunities.
• Attendance of networking events, conferences, and travel to clients where necessary.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in e-learning, classroom, and/or custom sales, embedded within learning solutions.
• A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Be a hunter, door-opener and cold caller.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Proven experience in sales, ideally in solution selling to the financial markets or the sustainable finance sector.
• Exceptional personal drive and an interest in developing and pushing boundaries to introduce products and services to our clients to build revenue.
• Ability to work independently to meet and exceed targets, with a strong history of achieving and surpassing individual sales objectives.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral), organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proven success in building cross-functional and external relationships to drive sales outcomes.
• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously, at a fast pace and to tight deadlines.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to produce and analyse reports to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Experience of working in China and Hong Kong is a distinct advantage.
