Position Summary: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects related to lighting and control systems. Your role will involve managing project execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities (Project Execution):
· Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of lighting and control system projects.
· Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communication:
· Facilitate clear communication channels within the project team.
· Present project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
· Resolve conflicts and address any issues promptly.
Stakeholder Management:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors.
· Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (senior management, team members) and external partners (clients, vendors, regulatory bodies).
Adaptability and Resilience:

· Handle pressure and unexpected challenges with a positive attitude.

Prerequisites / Technical Expertise:
· Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in project management/M&E.
· Familiarity with site operations and procedures.
· Understand technical requirements, specifications, and industry best practices.
· Experienced/some base knowledge with electrical, control systems, HVAC system etc. is preferred.
· Evaluate design proposals and make informed decisions.
Qualifications / Certifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
· Possession of CSOC/BCSS certifications is compulsory.
· Certification in PMP or equivalent is a plus.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Working hours
· Working days: Mon – Fri (5 days’ work per week)
· Working hours: 9am – 6pm
